We had lunch at Twister's today, which is surprisingly really good. I had the green chile stew.

The mini sunflowers are exploding all over the place now. We have a huge bunch by the greenhouse.

We went to La Salida for lunch today in Albuquerque (it's Friday!) and for dessert, sopapillas were included (fried dough that you pour honey and cinnamon sugar on). Mmmmmmm. I don't remember why I was holding up the water, except that it was a gigantic cup.

Do I look fat? Romy told me to suck in and it made me laugh a lot!

Its the whole group! Crusty, me, Eric, Mo, and Cody. We are waiting and watching the return runs in the morning before Eric goes for his first run.

These are the awesome brick tiles inside the women's bathroom at the rest stop along I-80 at the Bonneville Salt Flats.

I really like these headphones and I am going to get them for work to block out the sound of the really loud fat guy in the office next door. But I am ordering them on Amazon because they're cheaper there and you don't have to pay tax.

I have little solar powered LEDs in the tree now. Kind of fairy stuff but I like it!

The greenhouse exploded! I need to keep it trimmed just to walk in between the planter boxes.

We are getting a new double door put in the workshop room and the inside is about finished except for mudding and re-wallpapering.

Today the contractors took the old windows out, re-framed the wall, and put the windows back in with the double door!

We are rolling steel fence posts for the big shade structure because the PVC pieces weren't strong enough to withstand desert winds.

I went shopping for some summer clothes! I found teal pants!

We hiked to a natural arch (which is what I'm looking at) while Romy's parents were visiting. The arch was in the Malpais National Monument, an area of volcanic flows (but the arch was in sandstone formed by ancient dunes).

While Romy's parents were visiting, we stopped at a cafe in Pie Town, NM. We had pie of course! I had a coconut custard pie that was the best pie I ever ate! (with ice cream)

We went on a hot air balloon ride with Cloud Walker out of a field near Belen, NM. It was sooooooo cool! This was taken as we were lifting off.
