Right before going to eat a 4 course meal at 'Hav Fruen' which apparently translates as 'Siren of the Sea'. Really good food, but if I were paying, I would have only been able to afford the bread! They didn't give you a choice on the menu, rather, they told you what you were going to eat which was based on what they caught that day.
