Nicole

I had a salad and strawberries from the garden! Also, the brie cheeses are starting to get the first whiskers of mold. In a week, I can wrap them and age them in the fridge. Good thing, because i have to keep restocking the cheese "cave" with ice every day to keep it between 40-55 degrees and 85-95 percent humidity.
